You tell me what you would like to improve. I work on taking you into a hypnotic trance where we help to boost your confidence and determination, as well as lower any inhibitions or doubts that might be holding you back.

Coach Josh started exploring recreational hypnosis in 2007 in part because he wanted to work on his own goals. He found that he was a resistant subject but a natural hypnotist. In 2010, he began to pursue hypnosis professionally when his primary job didn't keep him too busy. As he grew more experienced and talented, one thing still frustrated Coach Josh - the lack of quality hypnosis files for working out. Many were cheap but short and ineffective, others too expensive, and yet others contained elements Coach Josh didn't desire in suggestions. One example of this was that many suggested going to the gym, but Coach Josh wanted options to work out at home or outdoors as well.
In late 2013, Coach Josh finally decided the time was right to launch a series of new files for workout motivation and to pursue using hypnosis for all areas of life coaching on a full-time basis. Because I am just starting out but believe in the power of the mind, I also offer hypnosis products from other sources to give you even more variety. |
